The business of the Association is conducted by a Committee.
It consists of the President, Secretary, Treasurer and there are up to 7 other officers of the Association plus six further Committee members, each elected for three years.
The Headteacher, retiring President and Head Prefect are ex-officio members of the Committee. In addition three members of staff may serve on the Committee, one elected annually by the staff and two by the Association at its AGM.
Members of the Committee also act as trustees of the charity.
